He will explain to you in simple words what is wrong and what needs fixing around the house by giving multiple choices of solution with pros/cons so makes it very easy for you to make a decision based on his expert recommendations! He has natural talent in figuring out how things works and has very clever solutions with his out-of-the box thinking for unexpected problems that happen when lived in a place for a long time.An intelligent gentleman, very kind and considerate to accommodate your preferences even if, at times, it means extra work for him! Very easy to talk to, punctual, very clean and neat work and extremely reliable service, and most importantly he is so very honest that makes your job easy in terms of what to expect about timeline and solutions for the project at hand.

Sid was professional to work with. He arrived on time and his prices are quite reasonable. I also felt able to communicate with him despite my inexperience in home repairs. I will be using his services again!

I called Sid hoping he could help with a garbage disposal issue in our office sink. Unfortunately he isn't able to service a commercial property. But he was nice enough to call me back and give me advice on potential fixes and walk me through how to do it. This is definitely above and beyond what I would have expected from anyone. He was so nice and helpful - I wouldn't hesitate to call him for a residential job!
