I had a stellar experience with both Dr. Cindy Pouw O.D., F.A.A.O and owner Rod. They are incredibly warm, personal, and thoughtful when performing an exam and helping select the chicest frames. As a doctor, I know how difficult it can be to provide this type of high end and personalized service. I have never had as thorough an appointment and don't give praise unless truly due. This team deserves the accolades! Now I just can't wait for my frames to come in so that I can start sporting a truly unique style (not the same cookie cutter - something that is important to the stylist and fashionista in me).
A beautifully curated Optical store. I bought my glasses there after searching everywhere for frames I liked. Their selection is unusual and impeccable. The care with which Rod and Dr. Cindy approach each client and patient is beyond wonderful. This store really does go above and beyond and the service is excellent. I hesitate to use the word excellent because it does not really describe my experience. Thank you Rod and Dr. Cindy.
