I love PAF! I've been working with Isaac for the past year now and it has been so beneficial for me. He pushes me to limits i didn't even know i could reach and the results have been amazing. I really recommend working with him!

To say that training at Palo Alto Fit has completely changed my life is an understatement. The progress I made in the past 8 months is tremendous. Truly I have never felt healthier and stronger, thanks to Zade and Ale for always pushing and challenging me! Rafael, Loni, and Makayla are also very knowledgeable and patient with me whenever I have any fitness related questions. I have been training with Ale (Alejandra) for almost 6 months now. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and dedicated to help me reach my fitness goals and improve my overall wellbeing. I would recommend her to my family and friends in a heartbeat, especially working parents with aches and pains in the body.Ale constantly observes my form during my workout and gives me timely feedback to adjust my form and movement. She effectively helped me build up muscle groups that need strengthening, while protecting the overused areas in my body (inflammation prevention for my shoulders, back etc).
