Idan is an engineer and is a licensed contractor. He and his team literally took care of everything. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish… they legalized a load bearing wall removal for me, handled talking to the city, dealing with permit issues, scheduled inspections, etc. I was able to just go to work, handle my other responsibilities, until they texted me that the job was done :) highly recommended!!!

Working with Modular remodeling was such a good experience. They are very knowledgeable, Easy to get along, always on time, open to help with any question. They always have people on the site to finish the work. Unlike other company, who would work 2 week here then off for 1-2 weeks and resume works for 1-2 weeks and then off again for 1-2 weeks. They are very prompt in doing their works. The price is very competitive with others. But most important is the quality of their works. We are very happy for their works.

Idan and the team did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and master bathroom. Idan was very detail oriented. His designer did the entire design process for us. We loved the communication and information we received in the process. They also cleaned everything after themself. Definitely recommend!
