I have been to this facility multiple times for our family. In the recent months, Doctors are exceptional, they not allow provide a care at the clinic but are very good in follow up proactively. Facility is very well kept with ample space for waiting room allowing good social distancing. There are some improvements that could help a lot: 1) decrease wait times : it's currently upto to 2-3 hours 2) a place for patients to rest : sitting for 2 hours is not the most Comfortable position for many who are already in a state that they have to come to urgent care. At min provide an option of a buzzer to notify patients of their turn if patient decides to go rest in their car in parking. Overall very thankful to have this facility available for our family for our urgent care needs.

Wait times were long for a weekday afternoon but after going to three different urgent care locations (other companies) I was glad to find one that was actually open. Dr. Riddle was efficient thorough and gave me options to decide from. I really appreciated his care.

Dr. Ty was amazing. Making me feel better and comfortable. Nurse Nancy was so helpful and took care of my first needs. Nurse Michelle was quick with my blood work and results. The entire team was amazing. Thank you all for making me feel better quick. I could feel the kindness these care givers provide.
