This isn't my usual LaserAway location.. but it may have to be now! I came early to my appointment and the receptionist, Nicole, was super friendly and easy to talk to. When the injector, Janessa was ready to see me I was blown away. She was so attentive to detail! I was nervous because she isn't my usual injector but I felt so comfortable and trusted her. She was so precise in placement and very informative. Thanks for the awesome experience Palo Alto!!!

My time is valuable. It's the one thing I've can't buy and when lost, I can't get back. They don't respect my time. They made me an appointment, and I wasn't seen for more than 20 minutes past my appointment time. I had to ask what the reason for the delay was because no one told me anything. They finally say the woman is behind. When were you going to tell me that? Why not tell me something!! I do not appreciate them being late, not saying anything, but if I were this late, I wouldn't be seen and would have to come back another day! It's really disappointing, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. I understand things happen but communication... read full review

This location is amazing! I was a previous patient at the Mountain View location and I was not happy with the wait times and customer service. I decided to make the switch to the Palo Alto location and I couldn't be happier! Nicole the receptionist is beyond friendly and knowledgeable! I have had a better experience at this location each time I've returned. So glad I made the switch to the Palo Alto location!
