I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this firm. A basic billing error went unnoticed for three years, which is deeply concerning. The failure to properly track an open invoice reflects a lack of one of the most fundamental bookkeeping responsibilities — something that should never be overlooked by any business, let alone a CPA firm entrusted with accounting and tax matters.
This experience has completely eroded my confidence in their accuracy, attention to detail, and internal controls. I now feel it necessary to have all prior work independently reviewed and audited by a third party, as I can no longer trust this firm’s services.
