Kevin and Justin are the dynamic duo. These guys are the experts when it comes to radiant heating, esp. if you have an Eichler. My 23-year-old Munchkin had been misbehaving for a while before finally tapping out. I was worried the boiler would have to be replaced altogether.

Like I expected, another vendor came out and wanted to replace the entire boiler. Their quote was 3x what Kevin ended up quoting, so it was a no brainer to give ICC a try. I was impressed by the knowledge, efficiency, and kindness of both father and son, who are not only experts, but also are genuinely good people who want to use their experience and know-how to help others.

We have had issues with our radiant heating for years. We have had several plumbers come into the house to claim that is working to the realization that it wasn't and then ignoring our follow up calls. The only good thing that happened was that one of them after claiming that we had to change the whole system, and us refusing to do so, gave us Intuitive's contact. Justin and Kevin are a rare breed that actually cares about the client and they are not trying to sell you on things you don't need. They both are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.After three years my radiant heating is working again. I can't thank them enough.

I put them on speed dial, and I'm never calling anyone else ever again! We called three different radiant heat companies that all came out and wanted to charge us $10K. Intuitive climate control came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it affordably! If you have an older radiant heat system, especially in an Eichler, these guys are the only people that seem to know what they are doing. You might have to be patient as they are pretty popular, but if you have an emergency their response time is great.
