I started coming years ago for loc maintenance, and Saye patiently worked with and educated me on my loc journey. I've seen her handle difficult customers and rude people in ways I know I never could. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. During sessions, Saye meets you where you're at with chair talk. If you've got a problem or life event, she's there to talk about it. If you're busy and want to work, go for it. I almost always opt to talk for the entire session.
