There is no better place in the Bay Area for highlights and color than Starr’s Etoile Salon. She has an incredible eye and impeccable technique for sophisticated color. This is someone people fly back from out of state to go see. Highly, highly recommend.

Starr has done my hair for over 10 years- would not think of going to anyone else. She brought me back from complete hair chaos- damaged, horrible color etc. Wont trust anyone else now! And an added bonus- she is fast!
