Our mission is to empower all startup employees to participate in the success of the company they helped build by providing the best funding solution to exercise their stock options. EquityBee enables startup builders—the employees—to exercise their stock options through our proprietary technology platform. This enables them to benefit from the value they’ve created during their employment. When employees decide to leave their company, they are faced with an important and time-sensitive decision regarding their Employee Stock Options Plan (ESOP). That’s where we come in. EquityBee’s Investor Community provides startup builders with the capital they need to become shareholders, in return for a share in their potential future gains.
