“I took several lessons with Premier Driving School, and Richard was my instructor. I highly recommend talking lessons with Richard! He is extremely detail-oriented, professional, calm, gives clear feedback, and is willing to work with you until you feel confident and safe. Every time I took a class with Richard and then drove independently, I would feel more confident each time. Richard has a great teaching structure and knows how to build things up gradually.They are always booked in advance, but the wait time is worth it! “My first experience with bad but later it turned out to be fantastic so is the reason for my 5 star rating.The tutor that was assigned to me was pathetic. He was looking at phone for most of the time. He wasn't concentrating on my driving for the first hour. The next hour he just asked me to change lanes, few pull overs and took 2 breaks. One at the shopping mall and other at the rest area. He wasn't good and I really have to give a one star for people to think twice. I have seen good reviews over internet but very bad service. He stopped at 1 and 1/2 hour and asked for money. he was more inclined to pull me to one more session, rather training me on the first go. I strongly don't recommend them.Kumar from Bay Hill approached and discussed on the feedback. They are compensating with an hour driving class which helps. So, I would like to give a 4 star and if this compensation class turns to be fantasic, then I would definitely give a 5 star.Their service is amazing. JP, himself trained for the compensated 1 hour session. He explained me clearly and provided tips. Their service was fantastic. Overall it was a good learning experience.“

“We have only positive things to say about Bay 1 Driving School! We met Wilfin a decade ago when he was driving my kids on the school bus in Menlo Park. He was always such a kind, warm, helpful driver and so good with the kids. I immediately contacted him when I needed driving lessons for my son. Wilfin is quick to respond and his pricing is reasonable. We went on lessons with Rosa and Mike and both of them were great. He accommodated our schedule and the instructors were punctual, friendly and patient with my son. “I had my first driving lesson with Joseph Guillory and recommend taking classes with him. He patiently answered my questions and had me start in residential areas. After this, we exited the neigborhood and I became comfortable changing lanes and driving on expressways. I had a good experience and appreciated the pacing of the class - I was never uncomfortable, and at the same time was able to try driving on different types of roads and intersections.“
