I highly recommend Kelsey Chung! I visited the Berman Skin Institute 2 weeks ago for a medical consultation. As I was new to the clinic, I initially was hesitant in discussing my concerns. However, not only was Kelsey patient, but she walked me through a treatment plan that felt personalized - allowing me to move forward with a treatment option that best suited my needs. Kelsey was very empathetic making me feel comfortable during a medical visit and eased any concerns that I had. After deciding to go forward with the surgery, I reached out to Kelsey with additional questions, and she was very quick to respond even during non-buisness hours! Additionally, the staff is very respectful and accommodating! 10/10 visit, I definitely will be continuing to visit the practice.
I have my Eyebrown implant yesterday as I could see the result right after the surgery done and I'm so happy with it for now and will wait until it's full grow. I am very pleased to say that I'm so happy to found Berman Skin Instutute especially I'd to De. Kojourt and Anna + Hair transplant surgical team. You guys are such so amazing. You made me feel so welcome and feel like home at the beginning of the procedure til the end with your professional care given to me. Especially, Dr. Kojourt is so patiently,and work so careful of my concern to bring in the best result that I want at the end! I highly recommended Berman Skin Instutute to everyone, especially in Hair improvement as your need! God blessing
Moving my review up to a 4-star as I received a call from Dr. Berman who was very concerned when he read my review. He wanted to share with me that he would be looking into improving the experience for those who need more privacy in their appointments. He mentioned some rooms have drapes, but not all and he was going to do a walk-through to figure out what else can be done to provide additional privacy! I really appreciated the call and conversation as he takes the feedback to heart and wants to make sure everyone has the best possible experience!
