Norge is the very best dry cleaner in the area. My family has come here for years because of their expertise, friendliness and consideration. They also use the highest quality chemicals in their cleaning, being very careful of our environment and our clothing. This is a family-owned small, local business that is in its second generation of ownership. Today I brought in a hat I’d ruined by hand-washing it and they tried to fix it but determined that the fabric had not been properly cured so would run even if dry cleaned. I have been driving from Los Gatos to Palo Alto for years because Norge is really that good. They do the everyday stuff to perfection and are never late, fairly priced and never lose an item. Where they are truly head and shoulders above the rest is on special pieces that are vintage,designer or have special buttons or trim. A neighbor with the best wardrobe ever said I had to try them. I did and I will never go anywhere else. It is a family owned business that cleans on site. They have been around since you needed a special license and experience to dry clean and use the latest green technology. They also greet you by name and really care about you and what they do. I brought a pair of pants that were dirty on the hem because they were too long. When I picked them up they were cleaned and had been hemmed the perfect amount.
