I have been stuck with this bank for many years because of an inheritance that left money in a trust there. It all depends on who you happen to be dealing with there. Some good employees but more bad ones, either incompetent, rude or both. Their main concern is avoiding law suits, so that topic always comes up. Employees never last long so I'm always dealing with a new person.

This review is for Raymond Jew who is the "Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor" at this business. Raymond became my Merrill Lynch advisor in 2020 and gave me wrong information that caused me to lose thousands of dollars (over $10,000!) I made a complaint and supposedly it was "thoroughly investigated" by Merrill but of course nothing happened and now I am down over $10,000 due to Raymond's incompetence and lack of knowledge for certain accounts. Whatever do, please do not trust Raymond Jew with your money. I will be taking my money out of Merrill Lynch and putting it in another institution.
