I've been going to Saye for many, many years. When I say she's the best loctitian and frankly the best hair stylist I've ever met. I started coming years ago for loc maintenance, and Saye patiently worked with and educated me on my loc journey. After some time, I realized how great Saye was both with me and other clients as I saw her working with them. Her professionality is impressive. I've seen her handle difficult customers and rude people in ways I know I never could. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. During sessions, Saye meets you where you're at with chair talk. If you've got a problem or life event, she's there to talk about it. If you're busy and want to work, go for it. I almost always opt to talk for the entire session. Just to be very clear, her actual work is impeccable. She is quick and efficient and has great attention to detail. I cannot recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and call to schedule now.

Do not try to step here without an appointment. Yes, when you try to call them, they might not respond because it is the people who work here who handle the calls as well. I didn't get a haircut, but I liked the way they talk to their customers here.
A simple and fast experience. You walk in point at picture of the haircut and pay up 25$ and walk away. With the cost and speed, I think they are doing the best job possible. Really appreciate the folks here to keep things simple and affordable.

Tammi did an amazing job. They excel at holiday nails, I always just tell Tammy to free style a design and I've loved every single one. I've been to several nail salons all over palo alto looking for somewhere that would properly shape my short square nails. They're normally so bumpy and look so ridiculous, short nails do not need to be extremely thick the way long ones do. I finally found what I'm looking for at Xanh nail spa.
Another bonus for their cleanliness, I did a dip manicure and they're the only place I've ever seen who actually pours the dip powder out into another bowl for your finger. Most nail salons take your finger right through the package of dip and you know they have no way to sanitize that container between uses which is really gross.

Cristina hands down is the very best esthetician in the entire Bay Area and beyond. I do not have enough words to describe how AMAZING she is. I have seen her for years for my brows and facial. She is a perfectionist and will meticulously make sure that every (even tiny) single hair, color and length on your brows is perfect and that they look like brows that a movie star has. Just this week, someone stopped me to ask if they could look more closely at my brows and asked how I got them that way, that is how much of an artist and magician she is. You will be pampered like you never have been before. Her facials are out of this world. They are customized for you and she is perhaps the most knowledgable person on skin care that you could ever talk to. Having a facial with Cristina is the most relaxing experience that you will ever have. I don't want to leave because she really pampers you and makes you feel so relaxed and at ease that you will be become addicted. Her facials leave your skin bright and glowing. My favorite parts are also the most relaxing neck message that she gives you as well as cool stones that she uses on your face after the mask treatment. You will not recognize yourself afterwords!! You are literally shimmering and glowing with the brightest and most beautiful complexion you could ever have. I consider going to Cristina as a mini vacation where you can completely relax and unwind. Lastly, she is hands down the nicest and more caring person that I have ever met. She is someone who loves her craft and you will want to be her best friend because she is just one of those very rare and special people that you don't often come across. I've been going to this spa for a couple years now and there service and facilities are always on point. The combination of facilities, scrub, and massage makes me sooo relaxed.
I contacted Tom about a circuit breaker issue I was having. He responded right away and came out shortly after. He was very up front and matter of fact about what my options were and suggested a plan to help resolve the issue. He also followed up with me a few days later to see when we could set up his next visit. All in all the service was prompt and focused on the quickest and best resolution for me. Would highly recommend Tom and Palo Alto Electric!

Phil was very professional and had great communication. I had a blank car key fob that needed to be cut and programmed, and the work was done in a timely manner. The price was also reasonable. Will come back for any additional locksmith needs.
We needed to change the original mount that came with our LG TV and found that one of the screw heads was damaged and required specialized tools for removal. We did not want to DIY this in case we damaged the TV. We called best1 for help and they offered to fix it for a very reasonable price of 35$ if we brought it in. They also offered to do an in home service for an additional 100$. We ended up taking the TV to the shop for repair and the job was completed very quickly.
This was the 4th time I've had G&G come out to my home to clean my carpets. They've also cleaned upholstery for me in the past. I've worked with a lot of contractors in my life but never before felt like any of them followed through with their promises like Jared Wilcox. Jared was and still is, after the job was completed, responsive and caring. Most of all, the work was high quality and Jared controlled all the subs and made the project as painless as possible for me.
We had a leak in our 2F bathtub which was done by another contractor. I was expecting the worst case scenario where we had to replace the whole bath tub, and that is when Roy's team came in. They were very fair about their quote, and recommended to first only charge the opening of the 1F ceiling to assess the leak. Daniel and the team worked really hard to find and fix the problem, so we ended up not needing to replace the bath tub and minimized the cost. We liked them so much that we plan to do a kitchen cabinet replacement with them soon.

Hortus Landscapes replaced my front lawn with a beautiful drought tolerant design that looks so much better than my old lawn! I'm very happy with how my landscaping turned out, Vijaya, the owner and her crew made my vision a reality. She was on the job as the project manager everyday for many hours. Her crew was great at following her directions; they were very polite, professional, hard working and cleaned up before leaving each day. Vijaya had her crew pick up and deliver the boulders and flagstones I picked out, she directed her crew where and how to place them so they looked great and I was happy. Hortus built a custom trellis from a drawing I did. In order to get the size just right she went to my neighbors to measure their trellis so we could get a visual of the exact size to make my trellis. Since they started my job last February the nurseries didn't have a full selection of plants so they dug holes and placed empty plant containers to place the plants in when they became available. Vijaya went to several nurseries to hunt down as many of the plants I had chosen, she even drove over 100 miles twice to get the tiny tower cypress I wanted. Hortus installed path and spot lights which makes my front yard light up so beautifully at night. She also installed drip irrigation on all plants and even set up some stock tanks on the side of my yard for herb and vegetable planting. I loved working with Vijaya, she is detailed oriented and a perfectionist like me, she's very knowledgeable in horticulture as per the name Hortus, and has a passion for plants and knows a lot about medicinal herbs, she even shared some of her time honored herbal, spice recipes with me. The landscaping was installed in February, this picture shows what it looked like in July, this summer it should have a lot more color as the plants mature and grow. I got about 3 other bids and Hortus was the best value considering Vijaya's knowledge as a certified horticulturist with over 20 years in the field of landscaping. When they finished the job I was sad to see them leave, I would definitely use them again.
Fanny is an artist! We wanted to add beauty to our yard, without getting a "cookie cutter" landscape. What we have is unique, low maintenance, and absolutely gorgeous! I was a patient for over 8 years and was so sad when I moved out of state. This year I chipped a tooth from an accident and a Colorado dentist quoted >$5,000. I called Dr. Qian for a second opinion, who looked at the photos and shared her recommended approach and cost. I flew all the way to CA to have Dr. Qian complete the dental work as a trusted doctor. Needless to say, the results are awesome and I paid just under her estimated quote of ~$1,000. On time, on budget and most importantly she gave me the proper care I needed instead of a lot of other unnecessary procedures to pad the bill or create other problems with teeth that were healthy.Whenever in town, I still go to Dr. Qian's office for my regular cleanings and maintenance. In a world where medicine has become impersonal and about the bottom line, Dr. Qian and her team stand out for their tremendous personal and professional care. Thank you!!!
Wow! Dr.Quo and his staff are super friendly and efficient. Our three-year-olds got their teeth cleaned without any fuss and muss - and it's their first dentist visit. We were seen on time and didn't have to wait. Will be back in six months!
I had gone to Mulcahy Family Denistry for 23 years. Tim was an amazing dentist, and I had a lot of work done in those years. Of course, with all my records there. I started with Dr. B with with a totally cracked eye tooth on an emergency basis. He fixed it to perfection replicating my veneers quite well. No more See's California Brittle! The tooth looks terrific and feels outstanding. I somehow missed the massaging chair! Next time. Seniors also get a 10% as most of us don't have insurance.I was pleased that Dr. B fixed a very cracked eye tooth!
It's the best dental clinic on earth! They have the kindest doctors and they make a supposed to be "painful" experience very comforting!Years ago... Dr Keller was so kind to let me make an emergency visit on the New Year Eve.. I was very grateful to have my fallen crown fixed on the same day... I actually called enormous number of dental clinics in that area and got rejected before finding this clinic... I was so lucky and I miss him...I still clearly remember all the details of that dental visit with Dr. Keller... Especially the Beethoven music and the comforting words from the doctor and nurse and staff there...
I have been seeing Dr B for the past 10 years now and he is hands down the best dentist ever! I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Dr. B and his team.I have gotten a crown replaced, a root canal done and some cavities filled and every time had the best experience. He follows up with calls outside clinic hours to make sure you don't have any concerns. Never has he asked to get any dental work that wasn't truly required. Always advocates for the best outcome for the patient.Dr. B himself is truly exceptional at what he does. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field, but he also takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer any questions or concerns. I was searching for a while for a chiropractic place that really took care of you and I found it here right next to Pete's Coffee and Whole Foods. Great operation great attitude warm and friendly and I see results in a short period of time:-) I recommend them highly to anyone seeking to ease themselves of pain and to align the body the way it should be the way it was meant to be. Nasim has been treating me over some time for various problems ranging from back pain, shoulder pain, stiff neck. Everytime I always felt a lot better after treatment. She uses a range of methods including shockwave. Most recently, I tore my shoulder in an accident and had frozen shoulder soon after. I have worked with Dr Aaron for the past 6 months to help me prepare for Ironman 70. He has substantially relieved my chronic neck pain from previous accidents and helped me to achieve my personal training goals. Dr Aaron is kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. The ART work combined with adjustments on my neck in particular have been extremely effective. He has a beautiful office and the home appointments have made treatment very convenient.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I had several questions for the vet regarding my dog's eye condition and he was able to answer them all. I definitely felt they had my pets best interest in mind.
This is the best vet clinic, the doctor sees the dog and already knows. Such attentive staff, comprehensive service, and just so knowledgeable to help your pet. And our pet has been delicate all her 11 years and seen several doctors and they always have answers. Really just quality care.
We take all of our animals here and have for a very long time. The front office staff are absolute sweethearts and we love them. The doctors have been absolutely great and have been compassionate and understanding through all of our experiences.

Just hit my 50th YS class and am looking forward to the next 50. Unpretentious, nonjudgmental vibe, just chill people there to get a great workout without too many bells and whistles. The instructors live and breathe yoga and it shows, the classes are phenomenal. Pricing is super reasonable. Really recommend!
Reach is incredible. I was in a pretty fragile place, and I needed something completely different from anything I'd ever done before. I needed something new; something that wouldn't allow me to compare myself to what I used to be able to do, and get more discouraged. I signed up for the three intro classes with Zoe. From the moment I got there, I felt welcomed, listened-to, and encouraged. I've since taken classes with Zoe, Marion, Tracy, and Kathleen. They each have their own style of teaching, and each one is excellent, exceeding every expectation. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed, and the instruction is second to none. Impeccable all around. This place is truly wonderful; thank you for all you do!!!!

All my aches & pains & stiffness goes away after every massage I get from Massage Therapy Center. I had Susan today & she was really great. I feel more flexibility in my joints & muscles. I've had physical therapy to address these issues in the past but they were never resolved. Massage therapy works best for me.
My experience was terrific across the board and Kay met my hopes and expectations and then some. The massage was outstanding and I appreciated her asking about the desired amount of pressure. As a bigger guy who spends much time at a computer, I require a lot of pressure to work through my petrified wood-like shoulders and stubborn knots without making it excessively painful or torturous (as I've had elsewhere), and she threaded the needle very nicely! I also found Kay very knowledgeable about the body. She seems to take a lot of pride in knowing and perfecting her craft. I also feel like she is grateful for the skill and ability to improve the well-being of her patients, and to be a positive influence on their lives. She is also personable and a good communicator. If I could find something to complain about I would (just look at my other reviews) but I got nothin'. No reservations whatsoever about recommending her.

Wendy has been a god send for me, I have had back pain since an accident when I was 11 yrs old left me unable to walk for the better part of a year and with daily back spasms that were incredibly painful. Surgery, therapy, emergency room visits, and aggravating waits to see a specialist where they only gave me countless prescriptions of muscle relaxers, pain killers and completely useless tordol shots that drained all of my energy and brought on cycles of depression have never stopped the pain and I've lived in fear of hurting my back constantly. Regularly for the past thirty years I've had to deal with this debilitating pain that sometimes seemed to flare up for no reason has required me to lay flat on the floor for weeks at a time and here recently for several months. Nothing provided any true relief but by chance I meant Wendy and was introduced to ayurvedic therapy. A few days after our first session I was able to get off the floor and be active for most of the day and after the next session I was sleeping in my bed again and things have only continued to improve for me as each day it seems I have more energy, stand up straighter and move without the fear of my back locking up.Wendy's professionalism is impeccable, she made me feel comfortable immediately and I found it easy to explain my pain to her, she is a true healer. The sessions are very brief and she is so easy to schedule appts with, I've been seeing her for a month now and I know that ayurveda will be the only treatment I seek for my back from now on.??Thank you Wendy
I have worked with Jack who owns Soothing Hands for more than 15 years and am always amazed that his deep tissue bodywork and accupuncture are able to relief my chronic and sometimes severe back pain. I've had several blunt trama injuries to my neck area and have a stenosis in my lower spine that causes recurring pain in my lower back, a sciatica that radiates pain down my leg and a neuropathy that causes numbness in my legs and feet. Jack has always been able make the pain go away for a year or more at a time, but when it comes back, he is able to pinpoint the areas causing the problem and, within a few sessions, bring about relief. I highly recommend his work!!
Bina has over 35+ years of experience and her massages back it up. She made it very clear to me that if I feel uncomfortable, please speak up. I have 7 years experience as a client so this was not an issue. She covers every muscle with detail and prioritizes the focus you request. The room is perfect for its purpose. They did a good job- however what I had done probably wasn't what I needed- not their fault. Tech was very knowledgeable and concerned about me and how I felt.
I've gone here at least half a dozen times at this point, and am quite fond of it. It's affordable, the atmosphere in the massage rooms are nice, and for the most part the staff is skilled. I get the deep tissue massage and each masseuse does it slightly differently, so you'd want to specify a specific person if you want something consistent. But I don't mind going in without knowing exactly what I'll get, which makes booking an appointment same day always doable. Big fan!

I have tried several of the chain massage centers while traveling for work but none compare to the service of Body Kneads. I recently have been sciatic nerve pain and looked for relief from hospital "specialists" but they all they offered was medication and/or surgery. I opted for the gym, yoga, and PT. The therapist gave me stretch exercises and suggested I try massage therapy so of course I called Body Kneads, told them of my issue and scheduled an appointment with Ko Ko. She took time to ask a few questions then proceeded to analyze my anatomy then went to work on me. I felt better than I had in months - I continue to meet with her at least once a week for maintenance and on the way back to "normal". I highly recommend Body Kneads for their service but Ko Ko is something specia!
My review is overdue but I had a walk-in appointment back in July and Grace was my masseuse. The spa was very clean and they were sure to offer me water as soon as I walked in. I had a 60 min Swedish massage and Grace's pressure was great! Will be returning soon.

If you come across this place consider yourself truly blessed. I have seen more than a dozen accus throughout my life due to being in different job locations and know when someone is talented. Yaping Chen is so amazing. In one month working with her, my anxiety is barely there (it doesn't surface through the entire day) and I can sleep through the nights with no issue.
Yaping has this unique, unworldly way of working with people. Her heart is completely in her work, and she cares so much about her patients. She intuitively knows where blocks are in your body w/o you having to say much, and uses CranioSacral Therapy as a healing technique (that not many people know). Each accu session has brought so much joy.

I went to see about 10 acupuncturists before finding her and have now been seeing her over a year, through may different health challenges and experiences, and she always helps me find resolution. My sessions with her are profoundly relaxing, I consistently find pain relief for various injuries, and I got pregnant swiftly after years of chronic illness through my care with her. She listens very attentively and I always feel that she deeply cares about helping me feel better. In times when I see her a bit less consistently, she always checks in with me via messaging. I'm so grateful to have found her on my health journey!
Dr. Weiss cured me of debilitating migraine headaches. I had been taking very strong medicines since I was 15, and never imagined acupuncture could help. I went to see him because of tendinitis in my hands. I was in my mid 30's by then. He always asked me about my health in general, and one day I told him my medication had been discontinued and the new one they prescribed did not work. That's when he offered to try acupuncture. I laughed at him, but trusted his skills and gave it a try. I remember Dr. Weiss every day of my life!! I sometimes get headaches (any pain killer will work for it,) but I have not had a migraine in 20+ years. Thank you Dr. Weiss!!
