“I came in for chain link fencing. I was ready with my list of needs but when the man at the counter went over my list he explained how much of it was either unnecessary or wrong. He quickly walked me through everything I would need and cut nearly 10 items off my list. They saved me money twice, once with my list and again with my order. On top of that, the other staff member was assisting a family who was new to the area. Even though most of the information the other family had was mixed up the salesman was patient and kind. He mentioned how he was running late to pick up his kids and they scheduled a follow-up for the next day.After getting my order the clerk checked on us and I realized I forgot to buy some bolts. He comped the hand full of bolts, gave me a firm handshake and wished us safe travels.If I ever need fence work done, or more fencing, this is my first choice.“
“The custom steel gate on the side of our house got caught in the winds, blown over, and needed to be repaired quickly to keep the dogs in the yard. I contacted at least 3 different contractors late in the afternoon for estimates, and Gator Steel was the only one that was responsive. Gator asked for pictures of the broken gate which I texted them, worked late into the evening, and got me a quote via email by 7:30am the next morning. The crew arrived at my house at 9:30am the same morning and immediately went to work. The job was all done before noon with the broken gate and its hinges completely repaired, looked, and worked like new! The final cost for the job was what they quoted me which I thought was very reasonable. Another happy customer here. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to the job!“
