I called Paul as if it was the end of the world, he told me don’t worry he was sure he can figure out the problem. He called me a couple of times to update his ETA to let me know he was stilling coming .Came played with me dog, fixed the problem, and gave me a quote for another job all in less then 30 mins. Called the next day to make sure everything was still working.If you want the Superman of HVAC use Paul!

If you want a top of the line a quality job, look no further. Paul is absolutely brilliant and found an inexpensive method to fix my saddle window AC and got the job done just in time for the coming heat wave. I am grateful and soooo happy.
