We contacted 24-hour termite to service our newly purchased home and the technician was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. My wife and I are so glad to have 24-hour termite service in our home and we appreciate the heads up before arrival and after service update from the technician. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who is looking for such service in the Lancaster area.
Gus came and inspected the property as agreed, we received the report the same day , he arrived on time as promised . I would recommend him and will keep his number for all termite inspections I have in the near future.
My fiancé and I needed someone to come out for a squirrel in our attic and had called all the big name companies. No one could come out for a few days but Gus was able to fit us into the schedule the very next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly! He worked very quickly and we will definitely be calling them again if we have any problems in the future! God bless.
