If you just had a surgery she is the one you need to go to for your massages. I went to severals and I stayed with her because she is very knowledgeable and she knows what she is doing.
I went to get my lymphatic massages a year ago. ?????
I wholeheartedly recommend Shelly for post-op lymphatic drainage massages and care. With her help I was able to recover faster than I anticipated and she gave me a lot of tips on how to eat to achieve my goals! She is very gentle and kind with me.
Shelly is a miracle worker sent from above. I recently had arm lipo and scheduled lymphatic massages with her. I did about 10 sessions with her and from the first phone call, she was so informative and knowledgeable. She was giving me the most detailed advice before my surgery day. For instance, diet, foods to avoid, faja recommended, collagen powder, exercises to do to promote circulation, tips to help with swelling and preventing fibrosis on my lipo area.
