My family and my experience at Joshua’s Mortuary has been extremely pleasant, genuine, and exhibits the highest caliber of customer service I’ve witnessed in quite some time.Our personal experience working with Lurdes Huizer in particular has been exceptional, as she is very warm, knowledgeable, fun, and an all-around excellent family councilor that simplified such a complex, emotionally-draining process.I would highly recommend Joshua’s Mortuary to anyone!
We didn't do a memorial service at Joshua Mortuary, my family was looking for a cremation service only. I called three places in the area to get information about cremation after the passing of our loved one. Joshua Mortuary not only had reasonable pricing that didn't have hidden fees, but they also had exceptional service. My first call was picked up by Claudia, and Dora handled the rest. A month later, I'm still talking about how amazing Dora was, patient with any questions that we threw at her, she followed through on time and really listened to our needs. Prompt service. Very professional, and companionate. Place was clean. Came and got the body from the house. Stored it over the weekend. They kept me informed of the process. And did an obituary. It’s not with the newspaper. It’s a link. Cost about )$15,00.00 for removal of body, storage, cremation, obituary, and plastic box as temporary urn.
