I absolutely adore Dr. Pamela De Silva. She is kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The service she has provided for me, my family, friends, and colleagues cannot be surpassed. I have been her patient for over 10 years. I met her through a colleague who had recovered from a stroke. It was not evident she had suffered one. If Dr. DeSilva doesn't provide the care directly she knows EXACTLY who you need to see, even if they are not in the Antelope Valley. Her ties connect you with doctors at Cedar Sinai and other major hospitals. I highly recommend Dr. Pamela DeSilva

Dr. Desilva is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She sometimes also is like a therapist when she doesn't have to be. Most doctors are just one note but she goes beyond the call of duty and bends backwards for her patients. If the front desk or nurses are not sufficient, this does not warrant the doctor getting anything less than 5 stars. People are haters and they should just go to the cold doctors to get some perspective. Anyways, I'm so thankful to have found someone who treated me for covid in 2020 and I've never left her side ever since. She practices what she preaches and I respect her emmensively. She always says to me that preventative is always better than treating the illness so she helps me to stay on top of things. Thank you Doc!!!
