I was scrolling thru google looking for a chiropractor when it mistakenly recommended Massage Therapist, David Jaco. Best mistake the internet has ever given me. I read all his glowing reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try. David takes the time to assess the deeper issues with pain and works towards a permanent rectification. He not only alleviates pain but educates you and recommends exercises to do at home tailored specific to your needs. The space is clean, the table heats up, and everything feels comfortable. I highly recommend David Jaco for all your pain remedy needs.

I've had many massages through out the years. It a rare experience to come across a masseur both skilled and intuitive. If you've heard the expression or read the book, The Body Keeps The Score, you already know that what the brain may forget, the body remembers. David is that rare person who truly has a healing touch. Do not hesitate to do something good for yourself.

I recently moved to Lancaster and was looking for therapist within the proximity of my current home. I just left David's studio and I must say, I had a wonderful experience. David took the time to "analyze" my body and offering adjustments as he proceeded with my session. David is quite knowledgeable about the movement of the body and how athletes (including myself) operate both in the gym and sustaining an active lifestyle. I look forward to continuing seeing David.
