This guy is really not reliable. We were negotiating to have a contract for a house with our agent and him. We had an agreement on paper and also verbally. The home owner had our information and he gave his information to us. We were waiting for the final version of the lease agreement and everything seemed to be perfect. He suggested that our agent had not responded and that he had never received our full information, but we have the proof that this is not true.
