About Crunch Fitness - Palmdale
Crunch Fitness is a well-equipped gym with a good selection of equipment for various activities, including bodybuilding, cardio, calisthenics, basketball, and boxing. The gym is kept clean thanks to constant employee attention. The facility offers all types of machines and free weights, along with plenty of cardio machines and fitness classes. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, contributing to a welcoming environment. The gym is open 24 hours from Monday through Thursday, though it closes earlier on Friday through Sunday. Some members have noted that certain equipment is old and rusty, and the outside area could use some care. The placement of some machines does not always maximize space, but overall, it’s a good and clean environment. There have been reports of issues such as limited bike storage, some equipment being out of order, especially leg press machines, and a lack of signs encouraging members to return weights to proper places. Additionally, some members have experienced discrepancies with advertised services like the 24-hour operation and the juice bar, which are not always available. Despite these issues, many find the gym's environment positive and motivating, especially with boxing and Muay Thai classes led by instructor Paulo, which many say are fun and inspiring.
So far so good, I’ve been a member since December. I moved from the San Fernando Valley to Palmdale, I previously had a membership In the valley, For obvious reasons, I had to cancel it. I’m enjoying the heavy bag room , The squat racks, The second level track to run, and the sauna. Also, they have classes that I have attended cardio boxing with Gio.
Been going here for years. Good gym, quality trainers the only problem I have is they do not enforce the dress code. To many guys trying to show off for girls with their shirt off. Leaving sweat on the benches, posing and all that bullshit. It’s a public facility, have some respect cuz some people don’t want to see your half naked ass.
Crunch Fitness is that rare gym where the equipment actually works, the place is clean, and nobody judges you—whether you’re benching plates or figuring out how one machine works for the 4th time.
There’s plenty of space, a good mix of machines and free weights, and enough cardio equipment that you don’t have to awkwardly circle like a shark waiting for one to open. Staff is cool, helpful, and doesn’t hover like you’re about to commit a gym crime.
The vibe is solid—motivating without being chaotic. You can take your training seriously without feeling like you accidentally walked into a bodybuilding competition or a TikTok filming studio.
