Steven arrived on time for my annual whole house pest inspection. He was VERY thorough ... checked all the eaves and exterior walls, walked the roof and reinspected all the potential access points (that they had protected in 2014 when the first work was done), checked out the garage and garage door, then inside up to the attic. He walked all about in the attic checking anything that might be an issue and finally gave the good news.... all is well. I'd been concerned having skipped last year due to the pandemic (my choice) and wanted reassurance that all was good... and it is. We have renewed our contract with all pest pros for years. This year apparently the service has changed. Pay $450 a year for them to inspect and spot treat termites any time we call. This year they did inspection and no treatment and said it would be $1000 to replace damaged wood. Understand an additional cost to replace wood. But what about spot treating??? We are not paying $450 for only an inspection!!! This was not how the service has been for years. Rip off. Will not renew anymore. Beware. You are not getting termite services only an inspection for this high price!! Shame as we have been long time customers. They should have disclosed the changes in their services... read full review

We used All Pest Pros for our escrow inspection when we bought our house. Victor was our inspector, he was right on time and did a great thorough inspection. I would highly recommend All Pest Pros.
