I came in with my mom and nephew. 2 ladies working, one of them took my mom to provide the service, the other lady was servicing a gentleman and once done cutting their hair she cleaned her area and left inside. Knowing people were waiting for service. I then asked if she was available, and the only lady cutting my moms hair said yes,however, she never came out from the break room after 30 minutes! LOL. What a joke? Such Bad service! Never again!Service: Haircut

My haircut was fine but I went to get my roots done and they fried my hair. The lady that did my hair brushed it in with the bleach and didn't section it properly. Most of my top layer was snapped and my hair still is ruined. At the end they tried to get me to pay for the product that they used to try to fix it. They didn't want to admit that they messed up. They tried to justify it by saying that hair grows back. My scalp was so irritated by the time they gave up on fixing it. Mi corte de pelo estaba bien pero fui a hacerme las raíces y me arruinaron el pelo. La señora me peinó el pelo cuándo mi pelo tenía Bleach y me rompió mi pelo y no lo seccionó correctamente. La mayor parte de mi capa superior se rompió y mi cabello todavía está arruinado. Querían qué yo pagara el producto que usaron para intentar arreglarlo. No querían admitir que se equivocaron. Intentaron justificarlo diciendo que el cabello vuelve a crecer. Mi cuero cabelludo estaba tan irritado.
