After working unsuccessfully with anotheragent, all it took was one phone call to xoeland he made our dream into reality. Yes,One showing, and escrow is already open inthis highly competitive market. Xoel was ableto negotiate a generous discount eventhough the seller was selling the property"As-Is". Our lender had a few bumps in theroad but Xoel was there every step of theway, reassuring us and doing whatever ittook to get the deal done. I'm over due writing this review. My fiance and I just closed on a property, early Dec in the desert and Xoel was our agent. Xoel was absolutely fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable about real estate, the areas we were looking in and he understood who we were as a couple. Xoel, would make recommendations on different locations, Indio, LA Quinta, Palm Desert, and walk us through these areas, giving us history, expected growth, things to look out for. He made the process fun, was always patient and responsive. We ended up in Indio and LOVE the place we settled on. Xoel, is an amazing person and agent, beyond happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a property.
