The more than 73,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art treatments and cutting-edge therapies in a serene environment that redefines the luxury spa experience. Guests can indulge in a variety of services, including invigorating cold plunges, relaxing mineral water baths, and peaceful salt cave experiences. The spa is well-known for its facial treatments, with one reviewer praising the incredible work of Anna, who provided a facial that was described as the best ever received, complete with a heated water bed and headphones. The facilities are divine, with a lovely pool, meditation room, gym, and mineral bath, making it a truly immersive experience. The layout of the treatment rooms, lounges, saunas, and pools is seamless, allowing guests to spend an entire, restorative day at the spa. While the spa is generally praised for its beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably clean facilities, as well as its friendly and helpful staff, some visitors have mentioned issues with the pricing policy. There have been instances where customers were charged more than the advertised $200 limit for certain services, leading to confusion and frustration. Additionally, one guest noted disappointment with the access to mineral water, as the amenities listed did not match their expectations. Despite these concerns, The Spa at Séc-he remains highly recommended, with guests expressing their intention to return and even make visits a yearly tradition. Overall, it offers a luxurious and rejuvenating experience, with a wide range of treatments and amenities that cater to those seeking a peaceful and revitalizing escape.
Beautiful spa but customer service is lacking. One member of our party of three was disrespected when inquiring about a lost item — was told nothing found when, in fact, the item was produced after a call to the manager. Philip, the manager was professional and very promptly responded to and resolved our issue. I had such a wonderful day enjoying the many amenities;but, quite unfortunately, was ultimately disappointed.
Beware of pricing irregularity. We've gone here several times since it's opening. They spa is great and we'll go again, but I'll be really careful of a pricing policy that took advantage of my daughters. They wanted to get me a pedicure ($115 dollars) and spa use. They got day passes for themselves ($145). Sec He has a policy of if you spend $200 the day pass is included. If they had booked the pedicure and manicure they would have adjusted to the $200 limit, but since they only did the pedicure (no one told them about the way the $200 limit is reached), they paid $115 for the pedicure and $145 for the day pass for me. So they were charged $60 over the $200 limit. When I checked out and paid my tip, I was asking in general about the pricing as I didn't know what they had paid and I need to know for the tip. This is when I found out they got bamboozled out of $60. Both of them are elementary school teachers and $60 is a lot. This was a splurge. So, if you go and are getting something, like a pedicure or salon experience, make sure you don't get taken advantage of with a pricing policy that doesn't add up. Yes, we'll go again, but I don't think I'll ever trust the pricing at first glance. No, the did not offer to adjust the price to the $200 as I would have expected. Yes, I guess if I did it again I'd get the manicure too and just not go to it or add something else I don't really want to get to the $200, so I don't pay an extra $60.
This is by far, the best spa I have ever been to! I was there yesterday and had a massage by Nubia. She is great, I highly recommend her.
