Clogged toilet, was told someone would be he between 12 and 4 and they would call 45 minutes before they get here. I called them at 3:20 for an update and was told they would call back with one. At 4:30 I called again for an update and was told they were short handed and couldn't make itl. The soonest they could get to it was 12 days. I have one bathroom, would have been nice to know this before 4:30 on a Friday. Zero stars
You guys are the very best. you fixed my AC in a time of need. Brayan was great he stuck around ensuring i was taken care of and my ac was restored. Even as late as it was he managed to identify and repair my unit.

Home Depot recently installed a new air conditioning system. They are using a company called "Right time". They installed a very high-end thermostat but it's very finicky and has a mind of its own.
The technician just left my home. It is absolutely awesome! Best customer experience I've had in my home. His name is Bryan!
I hope they realize what a terrific employee they have!
