“If I could leave 10 stars I would. This salon is the best one I have ever visited, and that is over 25 years of having my nails done. The salon is quiet, clean, and friendly, the staff treat me like family, and the services are always top notch. I make reservations, get there and don't have to wait for service. There is always a confirmation text before the appointment, so there is no miscommunication.I have been in the salon when some customers have been rude and belligerent, and need to be asked to leave. Debra, the owner, tries to settle things calmly to everyone's satisfaction, however some people are just rude. The staff's safety is the top concern. The majority of reviews here are true and accurate. Sometimes there is one red flag client, the "typical Karen" who vents with no factual data to back up the rant.“
