This guy is something else. My employer passed away. Karl Anderson had done his taxes in the past; however, my employer hadn't used him for four years. Anderson found out that my employer had passed away, so he went to my deceased employer's daughter's house and lied to my employer's daughter saying he was a good friend of her dad's (though she had never met him), and he used her vulnerable, distraught state to finagle his way in and become the administrator of the estate. When Anderson was silently appointed as the administrator of the estate, he had all of the documents, computers, files and everything removed from the business offices in one night without giving us any prior notice. When we went into work the next day, everything was gone. Then, he went around telling people that I had stolen 6 million dollars and that I had documents that he needed to do the accounting to the probate court. Both of these accusations were blatant bold-faced lies with nothing to back them up. He said these things in order to try to not have to give an accounting to the probate court since he wants to rape my deceased employer's businesses and assets. He even filed a bogus lawsuit against me in an attempt to intimidate and discredit me since I knew how the businesses ran, and I would be able to call him out on what he was doing. He also did not secure my deceased employer's properties or maintain them in any way as was his job to do. This resulted in two of my deceased employer's horses dying of starvation, (I have pictures), and his properties being robbed and pillaged. Anderson knew my boss owned horses and dogs, and he did nothing to care for them, or rehome them. (I would have undertaken the task for free even though I no longer worked there, but by the time I found out it was too late.) He did not as much as take an inventory of the loaded properties. So BEWARE, this guy somehow keeps his position as a trustee for the court and he uses it to exploit and intimidate people to not get in his way. "Trusty" is something that he definitely isn't. I don't know how he keeps getting away with this, but the courts should look into him and remove him as a trustee.

Karl Anderson is not trustworthy and a miserable excuse for a CPAHe thinks life is a party, totally unprofessional, loves to gossip, and he is an opportunist out to scam anyone he can.Incredibly dishonest.Avoid at all costs.

I have worked with and closely observed him from a disinterested viewpoint for years and can say with full confidence that the people who say he is a "crook" are the thieves he holds accountable in his noted bankruptcy court work. Among professionals (who don't steal from their families, friends and business associates) Anderson is regarded with great respect.
