Can here for my birthday and Ignacio was great, he even let me check in early and our room was ready and clean. The decor was nice and it was 120 so we stayed in. I will definitely come back

Overall, a good hotel for a short stay for this price. Close to the Aerial Tramway. Only the air conditioning in the room is very noisy. Because of this, it was necessary to turn off the cooling mode at night.

First glance - everything was nice.. the lobby and the rooms are well decorated in a modern theme. It is a Motel.. not a hotel. The room appeared clean however the floors were dirty..other people's hair on the floors. The doors don't fit the frame... you could stick your hand underneath and literally touch the outside of the door... makes for loud rooms and inefficient energy when it comes to AC/Heater... we had to roll up towels from the pool and put them there to block the sound and light. There was a mini fridge. It feels like a motel 6 got a face lift. The pools were lovely and the best part about it. Very nice grounds. The cabanas are free, but we're not well maintained....read full review
