“Carl was absolutely amazing to me and treated me very well being my first time. I have tried over 3 other salons in Palm Springs alone for my regular wash/blow treat (I have ethnic, curly hair and like to have it straight sometimes) and by far he gave me the best look i’ve gotten since! He knows his craft through and through, asked & paid keen attention towards what I wanted in my final blow-dry look, and was also educating me on new tips for maintaining/styling my type of hair with great detail. It’s clear he loves what he does and I cannot thank him enough for making me feel amazing and pretty after our session!“

“I recently moved to the area to be closer to my father who is getting on in age, so I've had to start from scratch with everything.I got a new doctor, a dentist, and a place to buy gas and groceries.Now I have my new barber, so my new start is coming together rather nicely as I'm slowly checking off the necessities of life.Everybody's checklist has an order of priorities and for me, a good barber is right up there at the top.So I got really lucky finding James because his shop was the first place I tried.An hour of pleasant, private conversation in a cool, clean atmosphere was all I had hoped it would be and more.Nobody waiting for their turn behind me, no babies crying or kids running around asking for lollipops and my hair never looked better.James has a way of making you feel like you've known each other for years and he knows what he's doing when it comes to cutting hair.So my new life in a new town is coming together rather nicely.Oh, I might decide to get gas at a different station or buy groceries at a different store. I think I'll probably even check around for a different primary physician.But I don't have any reservations about knowing that I found my barber.“

“Got a super short notice appointment made with Jamie and had a dream of a fresh bob in mind. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jamie with a warm hug - like we’d been old friends! He welcomed me back to his station and we got down to business about what my hair goals were. I told him I wanted a bob and he got right to work! Throughout my entire appointment we had great conversations about life, love, and everything in between. It might’ve even been a bit like a therapy appointment for both of us! I told Jamie all about my meet cute with my wife and in turn he told me about his 30+ years of experience doing hair and even told me why it was such a passion career for him. By the end of my appointment, not only did I have the cutest haircut that exceeded my expectations, but I also felt like I had a new friend!
