Great service and expert people working for Dan Curtis air conditioning. I have used them for almost 16 years now and we did have an issue about 2 years ago but after talking the issues out we came to the conclusion that communication is the key to all good businesses. Dan is truly a wonderful person who cares deeply for his customers concerns and AC. I called him a few times to help out our shower and kitchen and each time he came to our rescue without a problem. In fact I called and one of his men came out the very day I called fixed what needed to be fixed. He cares about his clients and that is why talked out our issues and we are now very happy with his service and quality of work Thanks Dan!
Dan has been my "go to" plumber for a few years. I have always found him and his crew to be reliable and honest. A few months ago I had a leak in the ceiling and called Dan. He quickly found and repaired the leaking piece of pipe but he also showed me the cause; corrosion caused by years of other metal connected to the copper. He let me know that the whole system needed to be replaced (and my calls to other people who know plumbing confirmed what Dan told me). He came up with alternative designs to minimize the impact to my walls and ceilings. He gave me an estimate of both cost and duration. He knew that I was hesitant (because of the cost and the interruption to our daily lives) but he also knew the risk of exploding pipes. He said he could have a crew ready in 10 days so I said yes. They arrived exactly when they said they would and began the project. He knew I really wanted them to be done as quickly as possible. They were very hard working and completed the project sooner than expected.Thank you Dan!
I am new to coachella valley and needed to have an A/C installed in my backyard sunroom. I found Dan Curtis's ad and decided to call and have him take a look at my project and provide a quote. I immediatly felt comfortable with him and recieved amazing advice, that I am so glad I took. I would be kicking myself if I did it the way I thought. Dan and his crew installed my awesome split level a/c unit for my sun room, of which I am enjoying now, and it's 117 outside today.They did an amazing job and went above and beyond expectations by sorting out the electrical issues my sunroom had.
