My husband and I have both been to Contour Dermatology. Their staff is very friendly and professional. But, they are very, very expensive, and of course, most procedures are considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance. Which makes me wonder why they run my insurance through just to collect the copay from me, when the know insurance won't cover it. So that's a little trick they play, which I'm sure most people don't think about. I have asked them not to run it, and they said, "we have to," which they don't. I have been seen in the Racho Mirage and Palm Springs offices. I have had a couple of procedures done as well as having my skin checked. The office staff is wonderful. Kara and Dr. Jochen, whom I have both seen, also have been amazing. Highly recommend them.
The team of people who take care of my skin issues are all great. They show care and provide good service. The only thing that I found discomforting is, the check on process. Too much technology. I liked the old way better, it was more person oriented.
