This office is fantastic ! I had some pre cancerous moles and skin tags removed. It did not hurt a bit even the local shots were painless. Great staff too ! Fast and friendly procedures. I am usually VERY nervous regarding any medical procedures. The PA's that treated me took any fear away immediately. They also gave me good advice on a 2nd degree burn on my arm to eliminate scaring. One of the PA'c called me at home to answer some questions regarding silicone scar sheets. That is impressive ...
Everyone makes mistakes, even doctors. Ignoring patient observations, symptoms and concerns is a huge mistake, but is easily rectifiable if an opportunity presents itself. The American Medical Association instructs it's members to "listen to your patient. They're telling you their diagnosis." So when a USDA inspector, Public Health employee with a passion for food safety and a degree in epidemiology tells you "I'm worried about a zoonotic dermatitis," and offers DNA evidence, species list and can corroborate those findings with isolated fungal cultures, please listen.Instead, my concerns were ignored, I was told my symptoms didn't exist, received immunosuppressant medications...read full review
