Blair responded within an hour of my calling for service by getting a tech on site. I was amazed when the tech said that someone had cut and stolen the compressor out of my condo roof mounted unit. Fantastic experience! Service Technician Alphonso was professional, competent, thorough, and pleasant. Took plenty of photos of the hard to reach areas and explained everything in detail. Prices seemed very fair. We will call Alphonso for all of our HVAC needs!
