I recommend Bryan very highly. Bryan recently was our agent for the purchase of our Palm Springs condo and Bryan did an excellent job walking us thru the process as we had never purchased a property in California. The condo was sold furnished, but we were not interested in keeping many of the pieces and Bryan arranged for the removal of the furniture and accessories which we did not wish to keep which we very much appreciated.
