“I came to cherished PS home after bering away a few weeks and Miele Freezer broke. Everything smelly and rotten, and panic ensued...Can it be fixed? Will the Refrigerator break now? Do I need a new $20K unit? I read google reviews and called A-Z . The office was kind and patient. They sent Austin today (same day) - this guy rocks! I would give 10 stars if they had it. Confident, calming, knowledgeable - No BS! He ordered a part and it will be fixed tomorrow or next week. He also gave me a very reasonable timeframe for Ref/Freezer and Washer/Dryer maintenance calls. I am so grateful -- 100% recommend A-Z“

He gave me recommendations on what brand to consider purchasing and two days later I got a new refrigerator. He's very easy to work with and trustworthy.“
