Best appliance repair company I've ever used. They came out same day for a fridge emergency, texted me when they were on their way. Austin solved the problem and the price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond when he noticed an issue we were unaware of. The fridge door wasn't opening properly, and kept hitting the adjacent wall. I just assumed it was the fridge door, but he said it was something he could fix (didn't charge anything for it), and took are of it. Very happy with this vendor!!
I came to cherished PS home after bering away a few weeks and Miele Freezer broke. Everything smelly and rotten, and panic ensued...Can it be fixed? Will the Refrigerator break now? Do I need a new $20K unit? I read google reviews and called A-Z . The office was kind and patient. They sent Austin today (same day) - this guy rocks! I would give 10 stars if they had it. Confident, calming, knowledgeable - No BS! He ordered a part and it will be fixed tomorrow or next week. He also gave me a very reasonable timeframe for Ref/Freezer and Washer/Dryer maintenance calls. I am so grateful -- 100% recommend A-Z
What a great company! Called this morning and they were out this afternoon by 2:00. Fast and friendly. Washer working again and all for only $75.00. Randy has a gorgeous smile, too!
