I have a desk job with reoccurring sciatic nerve pain through typical gym workouts and playing softball. After the very first class my sciatic pain dissipated. Krav Maga is not only good for mobility, but is great reality-based self-defense and a confidence booster at any starting level! The people I work out with, and the instructors, are all incredible and make you feel like family!
Great for kids. Holds them accountable and they learn self defense.
