So very, very pleased! Ian is a craftsman. I purchased these boots years ago. They were not cheap. However, the back part above the heel was cheap vinyl! With feet issues, this is the only pair of nice boots that look somewhat dressy and stylish that I can wear. When the vinyl cracked and peeled I was heartbroken.Ian went above and beyond -searched and found proper stretchable leather and fixed my boots! !?I know it was a job he hated doing because it was so difficult. This shop is awesome, dropped off a pair of chukka boots that needed a repair stitch and Ian was very helpful! If you need leather stitching in the Coachella valley make this your first stop!

Okay read all the reviews looking for a nearby shoe repair shop & decided to give this place a try. I walked in with a pair of beloved heels that have been pretty beat up - but can't find them anywhere else so decided to have repaired. I walked in & met owner, Ian & he took my shoes asked me the infamous question "how soon do you want them back?"(lol) I guess from the look in my eyes - he said "okay wait right here" In less than 10 minutes he walked back out with my heels with brand new tips! I scored big time - thanks a million Ian I will be back with every pair of heels I own!
