Not happy. Went to get dipped nails fixed. They were clear. I asked her if she could do it and if they would still be clear and natural looking and she said “yes”.Well, what I got was really badly done nails that were not even filled totally to the cuticle. When I asked her about this, she said that this will prevent the nail from lifting. Further, the nails came out totally white with stuff floating in them that looked terrible. They were also uneven and bumpy. I’ve been going for two years to see “Amy” and I’m horrified not only by the awful pedicure but also by her lying to me. I was 3 minutes late and that shouldn’t be a big deal, I’ve waited for her when she’s not ready for me a few times. I could tell she was rushing but I couldn’t figure out why, as the salon was not busy. She forgot to clip my cuticles and when I asked her she snapped back that she did do it, she absolutely did not. My pedi was approx 25 mins total. I’ve never had a pedi that short, and I told her. She told me I was late, but first she said pedis are only 30 minutes, and then she told me my app was at 9:30, my app was at 10am. My pedis with her have all been at least 45 mins. She rushed through it all. So, I got punished for being 3 minutes late! A lady showed up and I knew she had overbooked, by then my 25 min pedi was done. She rushed cuz she knew she had another app and didn’t want to bother with me anymore. My pedicure sucked, her laziness is not okay, her attitude was snappy and rude. She paints your toes, then massages while your toes are drying leaving your upper foot out of the massage! That’s just laziness. I will never go back again, and I would suggest if you do go there, don’t ask for Amy! Not worth your time. Really disappointed in her. But, most importantly for her to have a nasty attitude when I’m asking questions regarding things she’s not doing and making up stuff instead of apologizing to me is so inappropriate.
