The first tech did not do a great job on cleaning my sofa. I called after everything was dry to state that parts of the couch looked no cleaner at all. Another tech was sent the very next day & did get most of it lots cleaner as well as explained why there was one area of the seat cushions that was next to impossible to get perfectly clean.The time frame for each appt. was between 11-6 & I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance. I got a text at 10:25 am on the first visit stating the tech would be there in 9 minutes. I wasn’t home yet so I called the office & asked them to relay to the tech that info - they never bothered. Sam was very polite. He came in and introduced himself before he started cleaning . I showed him what needed to be clean in one room was really bad. I had a dog problem and thankfully he took care of it for me, very pleased with all his work, and his politeness .Services: Carpet steam cleaning
Alfredo arrived at our home on time and with a smile. He came in and introduced himself and made sure he knew what we wanted. He immediately went to work and was extremely careful about the floors in the house. I expected this work to take a few hours but he was done in probably an hour and the furniture looks so good. We are extremely please with the work and with Alfredo!!!! He was very professional. We even talked about duct cleaning which he explained in excellent detail. If you need your furniture cleaned ask for Alfredo!!!
