We have an oversized sliding door that over time had become very difficult to open.One call to SoCAL Sliding Doors, appointment made, on time, crew of two. Serviced our door and it now works perfectly. Workers were very friendly, cleaned up and explained the work they performed.We thought the work was a little on the expensive side, but we got what we paid for and could not be happier and are happy to recommend their service.
It's not often these days that I have the opportunity to write such a great review. From the very first phone call to So.Cal Sliding Doors to the end of our project we received excellent customer service! They know how to run a business. Kyle came to our home to measure and my mom really liked him. I read the reviews, and I am not gonna lie-reviews from many years ago were not great. The recent reviews were better. I called Kyle myself and told him about the older reviews which I read. He did not deny them. What he did, is tell me that this is a family business and in the past, his grandfather couldn't handle it all. He said they were working hard to get this all turned around.
