This company handled all the floor tile and countertops for the builder I purchased my new home from and besides having outrageous prices for upgrades, did poor work from start to finish. After having a customer service representative over to address the many issues I had with the quality and workmanship, I never heard from them again. My granite countertop looks like a "second". It has a large area where the stone is inconsistent and looks like it was bleached. It is standard practice when installing tile flooring to make sure it sits under the baseboards. Mine does not and instead was grouted around the perimeter. So now there is a gap between the floor and baseboards...read full review
