Brian was out here and got our plumbing going right away. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. We had 2 other people out here and couldn’t get our toilets flushing and Brian was out here for maybe an hour and now we know what we need to do. A Vietnam veteran came to me explaining that he was having extreme financial hardship and was in need of a plumbing company that would allow him to make payments on a septic tank service. He apparently did not have a working drain system in his home for over a month. I called around and no one was willing to help this Veteran. Until I spoke with Raul who is the manager at Roto-Rooter. He heard me out and said he will help him! He said he will send out a truck to service this Vietnam Veterans septic system the next morning. Our Atrium was flooding during Hurricane Hillary, 2 gentlemen promptly showed up and knew exactly where the buried drainage pipe was after asking 1 question. Cleared the pipe and the atrium immediately drained. We would have been replacing water damaged tile floors and carpets if it weren't for their prompt, efficient services. Instead they are coming back to completely unblock the entire drain and clean up the yard. Can't recommend them enough!Service: Drain cleaning
