I need not look any further. I called 5 minutes before they opened on a Monday to try and book an appointment. I was able to get one as long as I made it by 9:30 am. (Whew, thank God, I made it! They did get busy, quickly) Kevin is absolutely amazing, he asked if I had a picture of what I wanted, I found one and he made my nails look exactly like the picture. I got ombre nails and 3D art and bling. He took his time but did my nails in a timely manner. My pedicure was amazing too, I love the spa treatments and the time and care they put into massaging you and providing the services they offer, I didn't get the name of the lady that did my pedi but everyone took their... read full review

I went in for a gel manicure, and I got the gel builder as well, which I believe helps strengthen your nails. They do tend to your cuticles which a lot of nail salons don't do nowadays they were friendly and it was a clean salon what I loved. This was an extremely fast service. Keep in mind I only got a gel manicure personally I like to be in and out, so this was great. They also do a mini hand massage which I love. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been coming to Q nails for over a year and there is no denying the quality that they put in the work they do. I really appreciate Ivy and the consistent great work she provides every time. However some of the men that work at Q nails have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and it's unfortunate bc they can be incredibly RUDE! I wasn't sure about coming back as I no longer reside it Palm Desert but the work is so I'm here now. Probably will be the last time I'm here but I appreciate Ivy .
