“I was a first time patient and I had the pleasure of being examined by the amazing Dr. Mora. He was such a nice and kind doctor. He listened to my enthusiastic stories about moving and even though he thought it would only be a one time visit - he still gave me 100 percent. Ultimately, as fate had it, I did not move. So this office is now stuck with me. I got the VIP treatment from the get go. A few months back when I called to schedule my first time appointment, the phone was answered by a real person. And a nice one too. She was super helpful in answering questions and sent me the new patient forms to fill out immediately. When I arrived for my appointment, the front office ladies greeted me immediately. I thought they were very friendly and efficient. I was quickly escorted to an exam room (on time) and then got to meet Dr. Mora - my new primary care physician. I was just so impressed with how nice he was. Anyway that was a few months ago. And I wanted to add more to this review...I had routine lab work done and Dr. Mora's office ACTUALLY CALLED ME WITH THE RESULTS. Previously, I have always had to call myself or get the info myself on line after months had passed and I had not heard from my PC doctor. Then they even called me with my routine mamo results. It made me feel delighted that my doctor was actually monitoring my lab results. Then....the icing on the cake...I got a letter in the mail from their office. It was from the doctor! He personally thanked me for becoming a new patient. WOW!!! I super recommend this office!“

“I cannot say enough positive things about this practice! First of all, when you walk into the lobby it's clean, smells great, and the little artful touches to the decor make all the difference. I've been to a lot of doctors offices and they typically are either falling apart, or the medical staff is bordering on rude. The staff that work here go above and beyond to ensure that I feel taken care of, my questions are answered, and I know what my clear next steps are for my health. This is the type of practice that once you are seen here as a patient, they become part of your family and you never leave. In this day and age, it's almost impossible to find healthcare practitioners that go that extra mile to make you feel human, and the practitioners and staff at this facility have not lost that art!“
